The advantage of pluralism is that as a therapist I can incorporate a collection of methods and interventions from my acquired toolkit, into our collaborative work. This way of working may be useful to you, as by the end of therapy, you will feel confident and well-prepared to take proactive steps forward on your own.  

Through learning techniques, such as, for example: cognitive restructuring, behavioural activation, scheduling, prioritising, behavioural experiments, gradual exposure, emotional regulation techniques, mindfulness practices, effective communication skills, and many more, you will develop your skills set to feel calm and in control of your own life, therefore becoming your own - future therapist!

As a bilingual therapist, I also provide counselling in English or Polish languages. I currently work as a bereavement counsellor with the NHS, however, I have also worked with clients coming to see me for different reasons, both short and longer-term issues, such as:
